Joe is a Vice President in Intrepid’s Healthcare practice with extensive experience advising entrepreneur-held and institutionally-backed businesses through a range of sell-side and capital raise transactions with private equity, strategic and alternative investors. He focuses on a broad range of single and multi-site healthcare service sectors including physician practice management, retail healthcare, behavioral health, healthcare staffing, post-acute care, pharmacy and health plans.

Prior to joining Intrepid in 2019, Joe worked at Provident Healthcare Partners, an M&A advisory firm focused on sell-side mandates, where he most recently oversaw the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Joe is an avid learner and enjoys embracing new cultures and experiences through music, food, books, and travel.
