As the Head of Business & Financial Services at Intrepid, James draws on a foundation that combines financial expertise with deep operational insight. His experience spans several sectors including legal services, insurance services, human capital management, education and training, wealth management, real estate services, specialty consulting, compliance and risk management, and specialized financial services.
Before joining Intrepid, James was a Managing Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance where he led the Business & Financial services industry group. Prior to Deloitte, he served as Vice President at McColl Partners, providing M&A advisory services to middle-market companies and investors. James began his investment banking career with Wachovia Securities, building a strong foundation in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory.
