Christopher H. Park
Managing Director :: Head of Software & Services
Christopher serves as Intrepid’s Head of Software & Services practice and is responsible for leading the firm’s Technology & Digital Media investment banking efforts. With more than 20 years of combined technology and banking experience, he focuses on originating and executing middle-market mergers and acquisitions and capital raise transactions across enterprise software, tech-enabled services, cyber security and HCIT.
With a background in both technology consulting and investment banking, Christopher brings a unique perspective as an advisor who has built and implemented enterprise solutions, as well as advised emerging growth technology companies in strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Intrepid, he served as Director of Software & Technology banking at B. Riley & Co. Previously, he spent nearly a decade with Montgomery & Co. and played a key role in establishing the firm’s presence in the software sector as Principal of Technology Banking. Christopher began his career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette’s (DLJ) in Los Angeles as a member of DLJ’s investment banking group.
Subsequently, he joined Computer Sciences Corporation’s (CSC) Net Technologies division as a Consultant trained in developing and deploying e-business technologies for corporate and government clients. After CSC, Christopher served as a Technology Consultant with PeopleSoft, where he implemented and upgraded enterprise-wide solutions for global Fortune 500 clients.
Christopher is a proud SoCal native with roots in Orange County, Calif. and Oahu, Hawaii. He bleeds purple and gold as a die-hard Lakers fan. He loves to Yelp and discover the next great meal.
