Duncan Dashiff

Duncan brings more than 30 years of highly relevant healthcare experience to his role. He advises healthcare companies on multiple fronts with respect to strategic and financial matters as well as corporate sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions.
Duncan has held practice leadership positions with the healthcare groups of leading middle-market and bulge-bracket investment banking firms, including Canaccord Genuity, Morgan Keegan, SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey, Raymond James and Smith Barney. Duncan also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer of a $1.0 billion healthcare-focused private equity fund, is the co-founder of two PE-backed tech-enabled healthcare services businesses, and has served on the boards of a number of for-profit and non-profit healthcare organizations. His experience ranges across a variety of healthcare sectors with emphasis on clients in the healthcare services and information technology areas.
Duncan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS degree from the University of Alabama. He currently serves on the board of Faith Family Medical Center, a community-based non-profit healthcare organization serving the working under-insured and uninsured, and Notes for Notes®, a non-profit enterprise providing youth with free access to music instruments, instruction and recording studio environments so that music may become a positive influence in their lives.
