Ryan Soer is a Managing Director in the Business and Financial Services group at Intrepid, where he advises business owners, executives, and investors on strategic transactions and value creation initiatives across the insurance services and human capital management landscape. He brings more than a decade of experience, combining sector specialization with transaction execution expertise. He is known for bringing a thoughtful, mission-oriented approach to client service, with an emphasis on preparation, clear communication, and disciplined execution from initial strategy through closing.
Prior to joining Intrepid, Ryan was a Director in the Business and Financial Services group at Deloitte Corporate Finance. Before his career in banking, Ryan served as an attack helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children.
