Hayden plays a key role in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, working closely with business owners, management teams, and institutions to maximize value and achieve tailored outcomes. Driven by a deep passion for the entrepreneurial journey, he principally focuses on Intrepid’s Healthcare & Life Sciences and Commercial & Consumer Technology groups, while also bringing experience in consumer products, lifestyle brands, logistics, and industrials.
He has been recognized with the MUFG Excellence Award and as a 2025 nominee for Dealmaker of the Year at the inaugural M&A Awards. Before joining Intrepid, he held positions at Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds, a private equity firm in Los Angeles, as well as Navitas Capital, a venture capital firm also based in Los Angeles.
In his spare time, Hayden enjoys playing music, riding motorcycles, and flying airplanes.
