The company was founded 20 years ago by mother-daughter duo Terri Gick and Stephanie Fleming and has built a “cult-like” following driven by the launch of the Happy Planner®, a highly-successful, customizable disc-bound planner system that combines consumers’ need for organization with their love for creativity.
