Kevin has more than 10 years of experience managing M&A and capital markets transactions. Throughout his investment banking career, he has executed transactions in a variety of industries and sectors, including technology, digital media, telecommunications, internet infrastructure, entertainment, business services, transportation, industrials and education.

Prior to joining Intrepid, he was a Vice President at Armory Securities, a leading middle-market investment bank specializing in a range of advisory services, including M&A, debt and equity financing, and special situations advisory. Before joining Armory, he was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications investment banking group, where he was involved in a number high-profile M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions. Kevin began his investment banking career in the Leveraged Finance Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Kevin grew up mostly in Los Angeles and has lived in New York, Chicago and London, before returning to settle down in Los Angeles with his wife Beth, and young son, Arthur. When he’s not in the office, he spends time with his family and enjoys exploring the local wine country.
