Intrepid Investment Bankers (“Intrepid”), a leading middle-market investment bank and the advisory arm of global financial group, MUFG, announced today that it acted as the exclusive buyside advisor to Astro Pak LLC (“Astro Pak”), a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group”), on the acquisitions of Clean Sciences, Purepass and Frontline Global Services. The three transactions closed within a four-month period, marking a significant milestone in Astro Pak’s acquisition strategy.

The acquisitions advance Astro Pak’s growth strategy by expanding its precision cleaning, reliability solutions and field services capabilities across the semiconductor power generation, and other high reliability end markets. The transactions also extend the company’s geographic footprint into Canada, Texas and Northern California, bringing Astro Pak’s total network to 14 locations.
