Mike is a Managing Director and co-head of Intrepid’s Beauty & Personal Care practice, specializing in emerging, fast-growing brands including in the direct-to-consumer channel. He has nearly 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and focuses on understanding client goals and objectives in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.  Mike has also received a myriad of recognitions in the industry.

Jonathan is a Managing Director and Head of the Capital Markets Group at Intrepid Investment Bankers. During his more than 20-year career in finance, Jonathan has been involved in a wide range of capital transactions, from IPOs to early-stage venture financings. He has executed capital raises for companies across a diverse set of industry sectors, including consumer, digital media, software, tech-enabled business services, and industrials. Since establishing the Capital Markets Group at Intrepid in 2014, Jonathan has advised numerous founders and management teams on debt and equity transactions across the corporate life cycle, funding growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations and refinancings.

Adam Abramowitz has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in the middle market. He joined Intrepid as Vice President and Founding Principal in 2010, after nearly a decade of focusing on middle-market mergers and acquisitions at Barrington Associates and Wells Fargo Securities.  Today, Adam is Co-Head of Intrepid’s Healthcare Group and advises companies across the healthcare ecosystem including physician practices, telehealth, life sciences, pharma services, behavioral health and tech-enabled outsourced services.
