Intrepid announced today that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Advice Media in its efforts to refinance its existing debt and secure additional growth financing from Tree Line Capital Partners. Advice Media, headquartered in Park City, Utah, is a technology-enabled digital media company specializing in managing the online footprint of private medical practices nationwide. Founded in 2008 by Shawn Miele, Advice Media has developed, both organically and through add-on acquisitions, an end-to-end platform supporting customers to build, host, and manage Websites, improve patient review metrics and customer engagement, optimize lead generation capabilities, and manage social media activity.
