Intrepid Investment Bankers announced today the expansion of its Food, Beverage & Agriculture (FBA) team. Managing Director, Brian Levin, has been named Co-Head of the practice, alongside Managing Director, Mike Seccuro.

Gavin Daniels also joins the FBA team as Managing Director, greatly expanding the group’s capabilities, relationships, and footprint.
“I am very proud of the growth we have achieved in our FBA practice in the last few years. To support and accelerate the expansion of our practice, Brian Levin will join me as Co-Head and Gavin Daniels will add additional senior level experience to the practice, joining us as Managing Director in our San Francisco office,” said Seccuro.
Levin joined Intrepid in 2010 and completed transactions across the consumer sector. He ultimately focused on FBA and now advises clients within the consumer-packaged goods, distribution, private label, ingredients, nutrition, and other key sectors of the industry.
As part of Levin’s new role as Co-Head of the practice, he will take a more active role in shaping the strategy, developing new opportunities, and managing the broader team. Daniels arrives at Intrepid with over twelve years of investment banking experience, primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market consumer space. He has transaction experience in many food and beverage sub verticals, including frozen food, confections, bakery, snack food, protein, contract manufacturing, and wine. Additional consumer industry transaction experience includes restaurants, omnichannel retail, and pet products. Prior to joining Intrepid in 2023, Daniels spent nearly three years at Cowen (now TD Cowen) after his previous firm, MHT Partners, was sold to Cowen in 2020.
