Acquisition of Award-Winning Agency Bolsters Zealot’s Digital Marketing Expertise

Intrepid today announced the acquisition of its client Threshold Interactive (Threshold), a digital marketing agency that represents a variety of iconic international brands, by Zealot Networks (Zealot), a digital-first media company that empowers entrepreneurs by delivering multi-platform revenue, distribution and development opportunities. Intrepid acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Threshold, and initiated and negotiated the transaction, which closed on February 27, 2015.
