Intrepid announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Loungefly, a premier contemporary fashion accessories company, on its sale to Funko, LLC, a leading pop culture consumer products company. Based in Chatsworth, Calif., Loungefly designs, manufactures and distributes branded and licensed bags and accessories for brands such as Disney, Star Wars, Sanrio, Marvel, and Pokémon, among others.
