Intrepid Advises Leading Distributor and Manufacturer of Specialty Chemicals Aceto on Its Acquisition of IsleChem

Intrepid announced today that it acted as exclusive advisor to Aceto U.S., LLC (Aceto) on its acquisition of IsleChem, LLC, a Grand Island, N.Y.-based provider of chemical manufacturing, contract research and development services, analytical services, and technical and support services to the pharmaceutical, agricultural, medical, automotive and electronics industries.

Founded in 1947, Port Washington, N.Y.-based Aceto is a leading distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemicals, intermediates, and reagents to the life sciences and advanced technology end markets. The acquisition of IsleChem expands Aceto’s ability to support its customers through all stages of product development around the world.
