Intrepid announced today its advisory role in the recent growth equity investment in Envy Medical, Inc. by HCP & Company (HCP).
Envy Medical, a leader in the professional skincare products and services space, develops, markets and sells highly-effective non-invasive skin rejuvenation therapies for patients suffering from either dermatologic or aesthetic conditions. HCP is a Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in growth equity and buyout investments, with approximately $215 million in assets under management. The new funding will support sales and marketing initiatives, while also allowing Envy Medical to accelerate the development and introduction of exciting new skincare offerings designed to meet the growing demand for healthier skin tone, texture and function.
