Intrepid announced today that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Frontier Dental Laboratories (Frontier) on its investment from O2 Investment Partners (O2). The investment by O2 was made in tandem with Frontier’s senior management team who continue to lead the company. Frontier is a full service, multi-national dental laboratory that provides high-end dental prosthetics, removable dental products and implants to hundreds of cosmetic dentists across the world through its two laboratories located in El Dorado Hills, Calif. and Vancouver, B.C., and its sales and marketing office in Los Angeles.
