We will remember 2020 not only as the year of historic losses and disruption but also as a time when we gained profound insight into ourselves and the world we live in. We choose to reflect on the silver lining and look to 2021 with well-founded hope and optimism. Here are a few things we learned at Intrepid: The human spirit has endless resourcefulness for survival; entrepreneurship is the backbone of our economy; the value of a strong culture and exceptional team is never more evident than in times of adversity; and relationships are key to weathering the biggest storms.
At Intrepid, we were fortunate to end the year with a record number of deal closings and the largest and most talented team since we started the firm 11 years ago. We are forever grateful to our clients, our friends in the business community and, most importantly, our teammates, who spared no effort to deliver for our clients during these tumultuous times.
