Carl Comstock Joins Intrepid Investment Bankers as Vice President to Expand its Capital Advisory and Special Situations Practice

Intrepid Investment Bankers announced today the addition of Carl Comstock as Vice President to its Special Situations team. Carl will join the firm’s New York office, and his hire represents rapid growth in the firm’s Capital Advisory practice.

Carl brings over 10 years of experience advising distressed as well as growing businesses and has provided a unique perspective in identifying, structuring and implementing creative solutions tailored for each client. Carl joins from Barclays’s Diversified Industrials practice, having previously gained significant restructuring and M&A advisory experience at Cowen, Lincoln International, and Houlihan Lokey.In previous roles, Carl worked alongside veteran bankers Lorie Beers and Ken Garnett, who launched Intrepid’s Special Situations practice earlier this year.
