Jake Velt is an Associate in Intrepid’s Business and Financial Services Group based in Charlotte, NC, where he plays a key role in the execution of M&A transactions across professional services, with experience in human capital management, insurance, legal, real estate, and compliance services.
Prior to joining Intrepid, Jake worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on sell side, buy side, and capital raising transactions. He began his career at Anywhere Real Estate, where he held roles across corporate strategy and finance.
Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, Deacon and Goose, skiing, and riding the emotional roller coaster that comes with being a Texas Longhorns, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tampa Bay Lightning fan.
