Jennifer Sransky is the Head of Marketing at Intrepid, where she leads brand strategy, communications, content development, events, and growth-focused marketing initiatives. She partners closely with leadership to elevate brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and position Intrepid for long-term success.
With more than two decades of experience in financial services and professional services marketing, Jennifer has built and led high-performing, integrated marketing programs that drive business growth, thought leadership, client acquisition, and industry engagement. Known for blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, she leverages data-driven insights, storytelling, and multi-channel strategies—including digital, content, PR, events, partnerships, and emerging technologies—to deliver measurable impact.
Most recently, Jennifer served as Head of Marketing at DeVoe & Company, where she led the firm’s marketing strategy and execution. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years at Berkshire Global Advisors, where she led marketing initiatives that advanced the firm’s global brand, deepened client relationships, and shaped its broader marketing strategy.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children’s sports activities, traveling, and skiing. A former restaurateur, she also enjoys exploring new dining experiences with family and friends.
