Henry is a Vice President at Intrepid, where he advises clients on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions across the media, sports and entertainment space. Prior to joining Intrepid, Henry was a member of the Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions team at United Talent Agency, one of the world’s leading talent and sports agencies. In that role, he worked across the broad media and entertainment ecosystem, including film & television, publishing, sports, music, brand advisory and the creator economy. He played a central role in scaling UTA’s sports platform, KLUTCH Sports Group, including the acquisitions of ROOF, REP1 Baseball and ELITE Athlete Management, strengthening the agency’s global football, MLB and NFL player representation capabilities, respectively. Henry also provided sell‑side and capital raising advisory services through UTA’s broker‑dealer, AGM Securities.
Earlier in his career, Henry worked in investment banking at Lincoln International and began his career at Morgan Stanley.
Originally from Chicago, Henry is based in Los Angeles. He enjoys golfing, playing tennis, hiking and spending time outdoors in Southern California with his wife and golden retriever.
