William leads Intrepid’s FIG Advisory Practice, with specific focus and expertise in the insurance sector. He has over 16 years of investment banking and industry experience, advising corporations and financial sponsors in M&A, capital raising and balance sheet optimization transactions across insurance sectors including P&C, life, brokerage, and servicing.
Prior to joining Intrepid, William held various roles at Corebridge Financial/AIG Life & Retirement including Managing Director, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer, Institutional Markets. He has developed his FIG investment banking expertise at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and BMO Capital Markets.
William earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
William lives in Manhattan, New York. He enjoys skiing, traveling, going to Knicks basketball games, and checking out new restaurants in New York City.
