Intrepid Advises Nuvo Group on Chapter 11 Sale

The Nuvo Group (Holdco Nuvo Group D.G Ltd., Nuvo Group Ltd., and Nuvo Group USA, Inc., collectively “Nuvo” or the “Company“) is an industry disruptor pioneering advanced monitoring and management technologies to improve care and access for expectant patients. Nuvo is a developer of an FDA-cleared, physician prescribed, pregnancy monitoring and management platform, comprised of a self-administered wearable sensor band, and digital interfaces, called INVU, delivering remote non-stress tests (“NSTs”) and maternal and fetal heart monitoring.
