Dominic joined Intrepid in 2025 as Managing Director & Head of the Lifestyle Brands practice. During his 30+ year career Dominic has successfully completed numerous M&A and capital raising transactions for founder-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and public companies. He has deep experience working with premium and luxury consumer brands, experiential retail formats, omni-channel brands, digitally native brands, and consumer services businesses.
Prior to joining Intrepid, Dominic was a Managing Director & Head of Retail and a Senior Advisor at Lincoln International for 9 years providing M&A and capital raise advice to private and founder-owned consumer companies. Prior to that, Dominic held several senior level leadership roles including 4 years as Consumer & Retail Group Head and a Managing Director in Canaccord Genuity's Investment Banking Division and 15 years at Lehman Brothers in the Global Consumer and Retail Group.
Dominic resides in Westport, CT with his wife of 30 years and Golden Retriever, Winston, and often Facetimes with his two ‘adult children’ one residing in San Francisco and the other in Paris. On weekends and holidays, you can find Dominic cycling along the beach, cooking his ‘almost famous’ pasta alla puttanesca, or pursuing his passion for international travel.
