Bobby is currently the Head of Recruiting at Intrepid where he oversees all aspects of Recruitment at the firm. With a decade of experience at top Investment Banks, Bobby has developed deep expertise in executive search, candidate engagement, & execution across the recruitment life cycle.
Prior to Intrepid, Bobby was a Director at UBS where he supported recruiting across the front-office with a particular focus on executive search. He also held key roles at LinkedIn and Citi, where he specialized in diversity & inclusion, recruiting, and process optimization for the talent acquisition function. Bobby started his career as a Headhunter at Selby Jennings where he specialized in Investment Banking.
Bobby is known for his hands-on approach, strategic insight, and commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Sciences, with a minor in Psychology, from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Born and raised on Long Island, Bobby is a die-hard NY sports Fan. You can usually catch him at a Yankees, Knicks, or Giants game.
