The move reflects the continued growth of Intrepid’s consumer sector coverage and Lauren’s increased leadership within the firm’s thriving Beauty, Personal Care & Wellness practice.
Since joining Intrepid in 2015, Lauren has played a pivotal role in building one of the most active and respected middle-market M&A advisory teams in the beauty and personal care sector. In 2023, she was named Co-Head of the firm’s Beauty, Personal Care & Wellness practice, a testament to her nuanced understanding of the industry landscape and extensive experience leading transactions for some of the industry’s most innovative and high-growth companies. Her promotion to Managing Director signals the next phase of growth for the team, as Lauren assumes a greater role in guiding the strategic direction of the group and aims to deepen Intrepid’s relationships across the sector.
