Lauren joined Intrepid in 2014 as a Summer Analyst and jumped at the opportunity to work on a hair care transaction. Given her longtime excitement and passion for the beauty sector, she carved her own path and has focused exclusively on beauty M&A since 2015. Her M&A expertise combined with her passion for all things beauty and wellness results in a deep understanding of brands and products and delivers an unmatched level of value-add to our clients and prospects. After ten years with the firm, she was promoted to Managing Director & Co-Head of Beauty, Personal Care & Wellness.

Brian joined Intrepid in 2010 as an Associate and quickly became known for his calm under pressure and sharp attention to detail. What really sets him apart is his genuine commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Whether working under tight deadlines or handling complex deals, he approaches every challenge thoughtfully, always keeping the bigger picture in mind. His steady leadership and focus on trust have helped him rise through the ranks to become a Managing Director.

Ana joined Intrepid right after college in the Los Angeles office, jumping into the Food, Beverage & Agriculture sector. It was fast-paced and challenging, but she leaned into it with determination and passion. After gaining solid experience in the industry, she moved to New York and transitioned to the Special Situations team. Her journey shows how Intrepid encourages people to explore new areas and grow their skills. Now a Vice President, Ana says it’s the people who have made all the difference.

Hayden first joined Intrepid as a college intern, expecting a short-term experience. But the people he met and the culture he experienced left a lasting impression. He returned full-time as an Analyst, drawn back by a team that valued his voice and encouraged him to grow. Over time, he became known for his initiative, collaborative spirit, and commitment to supporting those around him. Now a Vice President, Hayden continues to help shape the firm’s culture by mentoring junior bankers, contributing to internal programs, and leading with the mindset that small efforts can make a meaningful difference.
