Former Montgomery Banker Christopher H. Park Brings 16 Years of Experience in the Software Sector, Including High-Profile Deals with Microsoft, Dell, and SAP
Intrepid Investment Bankers, a leading middle-market investment bank, today announced that Christopher H. Park has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Software & Services. Christopher uniquely brings over 16 years of combined investment banking and direct technology experience to public- and private-growth companies seeking M&A advisory and financing advisory services. During his career, he has completed nearly $2 billion in transactions with both strategic and financial buyers/investors across a broad range of software and technology sectors.

Christopher joins Intrepid alongside current veteran software banker and the practice’s Co-Head, Tristan Snyder, who recently advised on completed transactions such as the growth recapitalization of Avaap with New Mainstream Partners (ERP system integration), the sale of Drawloop to Nintex (SaaS based document automation), and the sale of Threshold Interactive (digital agency) to Zealot Networks.
Most recently, Christopher served as lead coverage officer for the enterprise software, HCIT and tech-enabled services industries as Director of Software & Technology Investment Banking with B. Riley & Co. Prior to this, he spent almost a decade with Montgomery & Co. and played a key role in establishing the firm’s presence in the software sector as Principal of Technology Banking, where he co-led the firm’s coverage of the infrastructure and enterprise software space. Christopher began his career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as a member of the investment banking group in Los Angeles. Subsequently, he joined Computer Sciences Corporation’s (CSC) Net Technologies division as a Consultant where he specialized in developing and integrating Web-based software solutions. After CSC, he served as a Technology Consultant with PeopleSoft, where he implemented enterprise solutions for global Fortune 500 clients. Christopher graduated from the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a B.S. in biological sciences.
