Rick brings more than 25 years of senior management leadership, operations, and investment banking experience with a track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that support high-performance professional services teams on a national scale.
As COO, Rick has a leadership role in developing, implementing, and aligning the firm’s growth strategy, culture, and operations.
Previously, Rick served as Managing Director, Head of Strategic Relationships at Intrepid where he developed the firm’s coverage strategy and served as the primary liaison to MUFG Union Bank’s commercial clients and to other key strategic institutional referral partners.
Prior to joining Intrepid, Rick was a Managing Director with KPMG Corporate Finance for 14 years, where he founded and led the Consumer Markets Leisure & Wellness industry practice and served as the Group Head and Managing Director of the Special Situations Advisory Group. Prior to KPMG, Rick served as Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors where he led the Western Regional Investment Banking team.
Rick enjoys all outdoor activities and leading a healthy lifestyle. He is an avid angler and has competed in many fishing tournaments over the years and holds a Masters Champion title in Southern California.
