Grady McConnell Joins as Vice President
Intrepid is pleased to announce that Grady McConnell has joined the team as Vice President in its Technology & Digital Media Group. Grady brings nearly 10 years of experience executing middle-market transactions across the technology sector with a specific focus on companies with SaaS delivery models and those involved in the digital media space. Before joining Intrepid, he served as Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at JMP Securities.

Prior to JMP Securities, Grady originated and executed transactions on the buy-side in the micro-cap fund of The Riverside Company. He began his career as an investment banker at Lane Berry, which was acquired by Raymond James during his tenure.
He holds a BSBA in Operations Information Management and Business Management with a concentration in new and small business from Georgetown University.
