Intrepid today announced that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Country Wine & Spirits, Inc. (Country Wine) on its growth recapitalization with Royalty North Partners, Ltd. (Royalty North). Founded in 2003 with headquarters in San Diego, Calif., Country Wine is an omni-channel retailer of premium craft beers, wines, and spirits with eight stores in San Diego County and a growing eCommerce platform serving a broad clientele. The company will use the new capital to execute on several growth opportunities, including the acquisition of additional locations and expansion of its online business.
