Kyle works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams on M&A and capital markets transactions for disruptive and high-growth consumer brands across a variety of categories. In addition to his transactional duties, he is actively engaged in various firm-building activities, including recruiting and Intrepid’s new analyst training program. In 2020, Kyle was named a Rising Star in Los Angeles by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Prior to advising lifestyle brands on transactions, Kyle ran his own full-service production house focusing on photography and filmmaking for lifestyle, wedding, and corporate for early-stage brands.

Before joining Intrepid, Kyle worked at Duff & Phelps on middle-market M&A, restructuring and transaction opinions. He has also worked at Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank covering Latin America as well as in commercial banking and commercial real estate.

Kyle earned a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. While at UCLA, Congresswomen Grace Napolitano and Judy Chu awarded him the United States Congress’ highest award for American youth, a Congressional Award Gold Medal.

Kyle is an avid outdoorsman and loves learning about and experiencing new cultures, a result of having traveled to over 50 countries across five continents.
