Greg is a Director at Intrepid, with a broad range of responsibilities ranging from transaction sourcing and execution to banker recruitment and training. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity recapitalizations, and debt and equity capital raises.
As part of Intrepid’s Media & Entertainment practice, Greg specializes in working with disruptive tech-enabled businesses, primarily across the digital content, marketing services, digital transformation, and creator economy sectors. In 2019, he was named a Rising Star in Los Angeles by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
Prior to joining Intrepid, Greg worked at OpenGate Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focusing on special situations and corporate carve-outs in North America and Europe.
A California native, Greg currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and mini goldendoodle. Outside of the office, he enjoys exploring LA’s diverse food scene, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, and following the NBA.
