Intrepid Investment Bankers announced that Collective Solution has officially completed its sale to GlowTouch, a global leader in tech-enabled customer experience outsourcing solutions. The combined businesses have been rebranded under UnifyCX. Intrepid acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Collective Solution.
Founded in 2002 in Los Angeles, Collective Solution is a global provider of customized call center solutions including customer service and revenue generation tailored for some of the largest enterprises in the world. With locations in the US, Jamaica, Honduras, and The Philippines, Collective Solution is a one stop shop for near-shore and offshore service delivery.
