Charles Van Allen
Associate
Charlie is an Associate at Intrepid where he is responsible for the day-to-day execution activities of M&A and capital markets transactions. Though he primarily works within Intrepid’s Industrials and Business Services group, he has experience across a wide range of other industries including consumer products and software services.
Prior to joining Intrepid in 2021, Charlie was a Summer Analyst with Petrie Partners, a boutique oil and gas-focused investment bank, and Obermeyer Wood, an independent wealth management firm.
While an undergraduate at Princeton University, he was a member of Tiger Investments and the men’s club hockey and soccer teams.
Charlie is originally from Colorado and is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and fly fisher who hopes to add surfing to that list one day.
