Acquisition of Leading SaaS Document Generation Provider Gives Nintex a Key Foothold in Burgeoning Enterprise Cloud Platform and Salesforce Ecosystem
Intrepid today announced the acquisition of its client, Drawloop Technologies, Inc., a leader in Software-as-a-Service document automation, creation, and delivery services, by Nintex, the global standard in workflow automation and a portfolio company of TA Associates and Updata Partners. Intrepid acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Drawloop. We initiated and negotiated the transaction, which closed on July 1, 2015.
