Intrepid today announced the acquisition of ScarAway®, a leading U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) scar management brand, from its client Enaltus, LLC by Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO). Enaltus is a portfolio company of HealthEdge Investment Partners.
