Digital Media M&A Maintains Momentum Through 1H’18

M&A activity remained strong in the second quarter of 2018 across the Digital Media space with transaction and financing volumes staying in line with a strong first quarter performance. In the first half (1H) of 2018, digital media M&A transaction volume increased nearly 27%, while financings grew more than 25% compared with 1H’17.
