Founded in 1997, Hybrid Apparel has built a world-class sourcing and global supply chain, serving brands that include Reebok, Dakine, and Levi’s, as well as Disney, Coors, Coca-Cola, GM/Chevrolet, The Beatles, Grateful Dead, and Star Wars.

Hybrid engaged Intrepid to secure the best capital partner to pursue the acquisition of Fox Head Inc., the iconic brand in the motocross apparel and accessories industry. In a complex three-way recapitalization transaction, Hybrid, Altamont Capital Partners and a member of the founding Fox family partnered to invest in a newly formed entity that owns the operations of Fox Head and Hybrid. While Altamont helped lead the majority recapitalization of Fox Head, the founding Fox family and Hybrid continue to own significant interests in the combined entity.
