EagleRider

Co-Founders :: Jeff Brown and Chris McIntyre

Starting out with just four bikes in a Los Angeles garage, co-founders Chris McIntyre and Jeff Brown pioneered the Harley-Davidson motorcycle rental concept and guided-motorcycle tour business. Recently, EagleRider embarked on a process to seek a value-added partner that could help execute its vision to create the ubiquitous brand in motorcycle travel, retaining Intrepid to advise the company on its strategic options, including securing additional capital and buying out the early, passive shareholders.

Through a carefully planned process, Intrepid introduced EagleRider to several prominent and highly qualified potential partners. EagleRider selected Main Post Partners, a private equity firm that supports the company with rolling out its strategic growth plan through initiatives including pursuing transformative acquisitions.

EagleRider is thriving, and along the way it is transforming the way people experience adventure on the open road.
